چکیده
Introduction and aim. This study compared the efficacy of core stabilization (CSE) trunk balance exercises (TBE) with flexibility training on pain-related disability (PRD), psychological status (PS) fear avoidance belief (FAB) in patients non-specific chronic low back pain (NSCLBP). Material methods. Twenty-eight (28) participants diagnosed NSCLBP were randomly assigned into CSE, TBE, control groups (CG). Participants CSE (n=10); TBE (n=8) CG (n=10) received exercise, exercise care advice respectively. All addition to treatment their respective groups. Assessment outcomes done at baseline, end 4 th 8 week. Results. There was significant improvement all weeks; PRD (p=0.005, p=0.008, p=0.005), PS: depression p=0.007); anxiety p=0.007) FAB about work p=0.007, p=0.005); physical activity p=0.018, p=0.006). Comparison between showed no difference (p>0.05) Conclusion. Both are effective improving PRD, PS NSCLBP.

A comparative study of trunk proprioception between patients with chronic non-specific low back pain and discopathic low back pain
Introduction: Low back pain is one of the most common disorders in modern society. Disturbed properioception can be a possible cause of low back pain and can cause recurrence of low back pain. Previous studies have shown that low back pain reduces proprioception due to instability in the low back. Since the degenerative process of disc herniation is one of the important factors in exacerbating ...

Objective: This study investigated the short-term effects of two stability exercises, including Abdominal Hollowing and Abdominal bracing on stabilization parameters of Biodex Stability System in male subjects with non-specific recurrent low back pain. Materials & Methods: This Randomized Clinical Trial and case–control study was performed on 30 male subjects with non-specific recurrent low ...
متن کاملThe Effect of Core Stability Exercises Combined with Abdominal Hollowing on Postural Balance in Patients with Non-Specific Chronic Low Back Pain: A Randomized Controlled Trial
Purpose Altered movement patterns and spine instability are important factors in the etiology of chronic non-specific low back pain (CNSLBP). The faulty recruitment pattern of core muscles causes poor support and increased loading on the lumbar spine and ultimately leads to postural instability. The aim of this study is the effect of core stability exercises (CSE) combined with abdominal hollow...
